Nouveau boîtier US en carbone moulé
Les Glide V3 sont équipées de notre nouveau boîtier US en carbone moulé, développé en interne par Takoon. Grâce à leur rigidité incomparable, ces nouveaux boitiers apportent une connexion au foil inégalée, une parfaite transmission des efforts et un feeling sans pareil.
Nos nouveaux box de foil sont fabriquées en carbone préimprégné, polymérisé à haute pression et haute température dans un moule en acier. Ce processus permet d’obtenir un boîtier avec des fibres longues de carbone bien compactés, ce qui le rend tout simplement indestructible et ultra rigide.
Grâce à cette construction, si l’on compare nos boitiers carbone aux boitiers classiques comme les Futures, le gain de rigidité et de robustesse est considérable. En effet, généralement fabriqués en plastique injecté chargé avec de la fibre de verre en fibres courtes, les boitiers classiques peuvent présenter de la déformation à l’effort. Sur l’eau, cela se ressent sous forme d’un temps de latence dans la réactivité du foil, que ce soit pour le pumping, pour carver, ou pour les manœuvres. Avec nos nouveaux boîtiers carbone, la transmission des efforts est instantanée et la connexion est ultra rigide.
Plus longs, ces nouveaux boitiers donnent beaucoup plus de liberté de placement de votre foil. Ils viennent en 2 tailles: 33 cm et 38 cm en fonction de la taille de la planche. Ils sont ainsi plus longs de 6 cm et 11 cm que les boîtiers futurs. Ainsi, vous pourrez affiner vos réglages, afin de trouver la position personnelle qui vous convient le plus.
Ils bénéficient aussi d’une double ouverture par rails pour un montage plus rapide : plus besoin de démonter entièrement vos boulons de la platine, il suffit simplement de desserrer les vis, de faire glisser le foil dans les ouvertures et de resserrer les vis et hop, le tour est joué.

The Glide – 2026 Edition retains the shape that made the 2025 version such a success. Its balance, easy takeoff, and versatility remain unchanged, with a hull that is as efficient and intuitive as ever.
The Glide now features a one-piece deck pad, providing enhanced comfort and a more consistent feel underfoot. It is also offered in an expanded size range, now available in 6 sizes, from 4’9 (60L) to 5’8 (110L), to cover a wider variety of rider profiles and programs.
Construction & Shape
The Glide 2026 maintains its full PVC Carbon sandwich construction, ensuring the perfect balance between strength, stiffness, light weight, and responsiveness. This proven construction guarantees excellent power transfer, great durability, and direct sensations under your feet.
Its design, characterized by a V-tail and an optimized rocker line, promotes smooth water flow, reduces drag, and improves touchdown tolerance. The result: remarkable stability, excellent balance, and easy, fast takeoffs.
Ultra-versatile, the Glide excels in freeride, waves, and freestyle, whatever the conditions.
The Glide 2026 continues to feature our in-house developed molded carbon prepreg US box. Stiffer, longer, and equipped with dual entry points, it represents a true technological advancement and is becoming a new benchmark in the foil world.
Each board comes with a full one-piece deck pad and inserts allowing the installation of three footstraps.

This high-quality cover features a zip opening that allows you to keep the foil mounted on the board, avoiding the need to assemble and disassemble it each time you transport it. It is also equipped with a carry handle and a shoulder strap, ensuring easy, practical, and comfortable transport.

Features
Molded carbon US boxes
Made from pre-preg carbon and molded under high pressure and high temperature, these boxes outperform traditional injected plastic models.
Result: zero deformation, instant responsiveness, and optimal performance for pumping, carving, and maneuvers.
Extended carbon boxes with dual openings
Thanks to their dual rail openings, installation is quick: simply loosen the screws, slide the foil, and tighten. Less time rigging, more time on the water!
These rigid boxes maximize feel and control. They make the entire setup more lively, giving the sensation of riding a smaller front wing. Become one with your foil and experience amplified performance!
Shape
It maintains its slim and elongated outline, with a homogeneous volume distribution centered around the board’s center of gravity, ensuring stability, control, and efficiency while riding.
Its still-concave and slightly recessed deck brings the rider closer to the foil, lowers the center of gravity, and enhances both stability and precision underfoot.
On the hull side, the triple concave specifically developed to facilitate takeoff and improve efficiency remains, ensuring smooth and natural lift-off in all conditions.
V-Tail
Thanks to this design, the board remains highly directional in displacement mode. When pumping, it stays locked on its rail without unwanted movements, helping generate more speed and making takeoff easier.
This shape also enhances the tail rocker without changing the foil angle, ensuring an optimal balance between efficiency and control.
Rocker line
The board retains its characteristic “dual rocker” configuration: a relatively flat central rocker with a slight nose scoop to promote quick planing, while the lateral rockers are more pronounced.
These more accentuated outer curves provide additional tolerance: the board releases from the water more easily without nose-diving, forgives touchdowns, and effectively limits drag. Around the central line, these lateral rockers act as two natural channels, guiding water flow toward the tail and enhancing responsiveness during takeoff.
