Nouveau boîtier US en carbone moulé
Presentation
The Parawing Cloud One stands out with a robust and optimized profile, delivering reliable performance and excellent upwind ability, even in unstable or gusty wind conditions, while offering smooth and effective depower. It features the same shape and design as the Parawing Cloud, ensuring healthy, stable and confidence-inspiring handling on the water.
Parawing Cloud One vs Cloud: what’s the difference?
The main difference lies in the choice of materials. The Cloud One is equipped with a triple ripstop 54 g/m² canopy, while the Parawing Cloud uses lighter, more technical Skytex fabrics. This choice allows the Cloud One to be offered at a more accessible price point, while maintaining very good performance, excellent durability and high tolerance for regular use.
As a trade-off, the Cloud One has a slightly less efficient low-end range than the Cloud, whose Skytex canopy provides additional lightness and responsiveness in light wind. Its balanced line lengths—neither too short nor too long—ensure natural handling and easy packing on the water in a single movement.
Its full carbon bar, identical to that of the Cloud, is lightweight, ergonomic and precise. It delivers a direct feel and optimal control, enabling smooth riding while reducing fatigue and maximizing rider comfort, regardless of session length.
Designed with simplicity and practicality in mind, the Parawing Cloud One also features color-coded bridles for easy detangling, durable materials, and a clear color code distinguishing front, middle and rear lines. This visual differentiation makes relaunch quick and intuitive, while the color matching between the leading edge, trailing edge and associated lines further enhances ease of use, just like on the Cloud.
The Parawing Cloud One is offered in three carefully selected sizes, covering the most common and versatile range, whereas the Parawing Cloud is available in five sizes. This deliberately streamlined range provides a clear and simple product offering, making wing selection easier and positioning the Cloud One as an ideal choice for riders looking to start and progress in parawing without unnecessary complexity.
To fully unlock the potential of the Cloud One, it is recommended to pair it with a midlength or downwind-style board, offering sufficient volume for stability, glide and comfort. An extra 10 to 20 liters above the rider’s weight is ideal for intermediate riders, while a board length between 5’7” and 7’0” ensures the right balance between maneuverability, control and progression.
The Parawing Cloud One opens the door to the enjoyment of downwind riding and parawing by offering the same shape and design as the Cloud in a more accessible and forgiving version. It is the ideal parawing to start and progress, before moving on to the Parawing Cloud, designed for riders seeking maximum performance thanks to its Skytex canopy.
